Works as designed ! Dad loves it ! February 21, 2008 bohemian 10 out of 10 found this review helpful
My dad travels a lot and he was looking for something like this which can heat up a cup of water in a jiffy. This does the job beautifully. He lives in an asian country where the voltage is 240V and this worked perfectly. A cup of water comes to a boil in less than 3 minutes ! Pretty darn amazing !!
Perfect for office November 15, 2007 bubblepoppe (Largo, FL) 10 out of 13 found this review helpful
I like this product because it is very handy. I use it in the office. I use it to boil a cup of water for my tea (I don't drink coffee). Worked good and the automatic shut off is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Water heater for coffee cups September 8, 2009 CHARLES F. EVANS II (greenville,sc) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Delighted to find this. Works great, and is especially good for places without microwaves for coffee.
I only use instant (INTERNATIONAL CAFE) coffee. This is also perfect for train travel when the hot water
is not working in the sleeping car coffee maker.
Great immersion heater August 25, 2008 Theodora A. Sullivan 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I needed an immersion heater to bring to Hawaii because we were staying at a lanai on Coconut Island that was not equipped with coffee makers, etc.
Due to the fact that the product is hard to find, I ordered through Amazon and received a great heater in a very timely fashion. Matter of fact it was in time for me to take it on the trip.

A large mug, a box of tea, and thou, oh Immersion Heater for Water! Add your iPod with Bose headphones and a book to your backpack and you do not care where American Airlines strands you.
