Extremely quiet and heats objects/people well by radiant heat. Used in a large, open great room where heating the room's air is impractical. Replaced a small fan/ceramic heater which we would huddle around. This heater keeps us warm while sitting on couches a few feet away. Very happy with this purchase.

The Optimus H-4438 14-inch energy saving oscillating dish heater that I purchased at Amazon.com, is a great little heater. I recommend it to anyone who's interested in owning a small heater because it works great and heats a pretty big area. I received my heater in a week, shipping was very quick.

This little dish heater is excellent for heating a regular sized bedroom. It's oscillating feature allows the heat to circulate evenly. I've owned one before and wondered where I could find another. My thought was to check Amazon.com and, sure enough, there it was. We thoroughly enjoy it.
Perfect for small spaces February 10, 2010

This is a great heater for small spaces, or for a cold-natured person in a room with hot-natured people. It heats only what it's directed at, and is not intended to warm up an entire room. I use it for plants I'm wintering in the garage and it works great without trying to heat the entire garage.
